  • Happy Heart Therapy is an effective treatment for persons experiencing developmental, educational, psychological and social, impairment. 

  • To encourage all beginner's Intermediate, and advanced to fulfill their potentials through different Art Mediums, of Watercolors, Acrylics, Oil, and Pastels. 

  • A key goal is to improve or restore the functioning of his/her sense of personal well-being through Heart Therapy with Art.

Pablo Picasso once said, “Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.” It’s no surprise, then, that many people around the world use art as a means to deal with stress, trauma, and unhappiness – or to just find greater peace and meaning in their lives.


The American Art Therapy Association states that working with art can be an effective mental health treatment for individuals who have experienced depression, trauma, medical illness, and social difficulties.


Making Happy HEART Therapy can be a way to achieve personal insight and healing.  


We use the creative process of art-making to improve and enhance people's well-being of all ages. We will teach you, Simple, Easy Tutorials for kids and Adults. Oil, Water, Acrylic, painting for beginners step by step, instructions. Once you learn the process, you will be amazed at your work. "The soul of an artist cannot be muted indefinitely."

Working with Art activities is a meditative, quiet, and calming, experience. Which helps soothe symptoms of stress, nervousness, and irritability.


A calm mind is better able to process difficult emotions and experiences. In the process, we use art materials and directives to activate sensory responses and generate imagery directly connected to emotions.
